I’m not a fashion designer and I tend to appreciate an outfit based on what I like to see on a woman, therefore don’t judge me for my tastes (when I go out with my girlfriend, I tell her what to wear, to be sexy). I think that Halsey looks gorgeous with what she has on. And because of the fact that she’s braless in a see through dress, I can say that she’s also hot as hell.
